We’re a warm, enthusiastic and well trained team that really enjoys making a difference to people’s lives.

Every care team member brings their personality to work with them, creating a warm, informal family atmosphere that helps residents and their loved ones feel right at home.

Staff champions

Nutrition and hydration champions

Led by Kirsty, our champions:

  • offer and promote a good range of drinks throughout the day
  • promote good hydration, aiming for nine drinks a day
  • get involved with discussions around menu changes
  • ensure that tables are set for meal times

Live well, die well champions

Led by Natasha, our champions:

  • discuss with families and the residents (where applicable) their wishes to ensure that residents live well and die well with dignity
  • ensure each resident has an end of life plan
  • ensure staff are supported to be confident to provide the best end of life care
